Our traditional oil mill has been producing oil for three generations using old grindstones for olive crushing and cold pressing. The constant checking of temperature maintains its organoleptic peculiarities and exalts all the fragrance of our extra virgin olive oil.

Oil Mill

We do not filter our oil but we only let it settle for a while just to keep its natural integrity, therefore any deposit on the bottom of the bottle or the tin, it only can prove its excellence and naturality.

Kitchen

Then try it on 'bruschetta', soups, red meats, bitter vegetables, wild fowl, mushrooms and wild asparagus. It will exalt any dishes, even fried fish, sausages and roast meats.
